Fleksibel stregkode og adapterfjernelse for sekvensplatforme
Flexbar forbehandler high-throughput sekventeringsdata effektivt. Programmet demultiplekser stregkodede kørsler og fjerner adaptersekvenser. Endvidere tilbydes trimnings- og filtreringsfunktioner. Flexbar øger oversættelseshastigheder og forbedrer arvemasse- og transskriptome-samlinger. Programmet understøtter næstegeneration sekventeringsdata i fasta/q- og csfasta/q-format fra Illumina, Roche 454 og SOLID-platformen.
Parameternavne ændret i FLEXBAR. Gennemse venligst skripter. De seneste måneder, standardindstillinger blev optimeret, blev flere fejl fastsat og forskellige forbedringer blev foretaget, f.eks blev grænsefladen for kommandolinjen moderniseret, nye trimningstilstande samt lavere tids- og hukommelseskrav.
