utilitários para trabalhar com a função cpufreq do kernel Linux

Este pacote contém dois utilitários para inspeccionar e definir a frequência da CPU através de ambas as interfaces sysfs e procfs da função CPUFreq do kernel.

Por pré-definição também activa o CPUFreq no arranque se o driver correcto da CPU for encontrado.
