ferramenta para remover marcadores de ordem de bytes de arquivos de texto UTF-8

Bomstrip é uma ferramenta muito simples que remove BOMs (byte-order-marks -- marcadores-de-ordem-de-bytes) de arquivos UTF-8. O UTF-8 não tem problemas com a ordem dos bytes, portanto não há necessidade de ter três bytes (o UTF-8-BOM) que não dizem nada sobre a ordem dos bytes (já que não há nada a ser dito).
