반복적인 바이러스 시퀀스 어셈블러

IVA는 매우 깊은 혼합 집단에서 시퀀싱된 Illumina 판독 쌍을 사용하여 반복 시퀀스가 없는 바이러스 게놈을 조립하도록 설계된 de novo 어셈블러입니다.

IVA의 주요 알고리즘은 정렬된 읽기 쌍을 사용하여 contig를 반복적으로 확장하는 방식으로 작동합니다. 입력은 단지 읽기 쌍일 수도 있고, 추가적으로 확장할 기존 contig 세트를 제공할 수도 있습니다. 또는 참조 시퀀스와 함께 읽을 수도 있습니다.
