parsificatore per file "pyproject.toml"

Strumento sviluppato per parsificare il file pyproject.toml. In aggiunta alla libreria per parsificare, pyproject-parser ha un'interfaccia a riga di comando per validare e riformattare file pyproject.toml.

Funzionalità principali:

 - restituisce PyProject rappresentato come stringa;
 - scrive come TOML nel file fornito;
 - serializza in TOML;
 - costruisce un'istanza di PyProject da un dizionario;
 - carica la mappatura di configurazione di pyproject.toml dal file
   fornito;
 - riformatta il file pyproject.toml fornito;
 - risolve la chiave file nel readme e la licenza (se presente) per
   recuperare il contenuto del file.
