Questo pacchetto fornisce programmi a riga di comando e a pieno schermo per navigare procfs, uno "pseudo" file system generato dinamicamente dal kernel per fornire informazioni relative allo stato delle voci presenti nella tabella dei processi (come ad esempio se il processo è in esecuzione, fermo o "zombie").

Contiene i comandi: free, kill, pkill, pgrep, pmap, ps, pwdx, skill, slabtop, snice, sysctl, tload, top, uptime, vmstat, w e watch.
