espelle CD e gestisce lettori multi-disco sotto Linux

Questo programma espelle i CD-ROM (purché il lettore supporti l'ioctl CDROMEJECT). Permette anche di impostare l'autoespulsione.

Su lettori multi-disco ATAPI/IDE supportati, permette di cambiare il disco attivo.

Eject può anche essere usato per disconnettere correttamente dispositivi di memoria di massa esterni come macchine fotografiche digitali o lettori musicali portatili.
