Tacker è un progetto ufficiale di OpenStack per costruire un VNFM (VNF Manager) generico e un NFVO (NFV Orchestrator) per mettere in produzione e far funzionare dei servizi di rete e dei VNF (Virtual Network Functions) su una piattaforma di infrastruttura NFV come OpenStack. È basato su ETSI MANO Architectural Framework e fornisce uno stack funzionale per orchestrare servizi di rete da estremità a estremità usando i VNF.
