HTJ2K-billedkompression og dekompression - kommandolinjeværktøjer

Implementering af High-throughput JPEG2000 (HTJ2K), også kendt som JPH, JPEG2000 Part 15, ISO/IEC 15444-15 og ITU-T T.814. Dette bibliotek implementerer kun HTJ2K, der understøtter funktioner defineret i JPEG2000 Part 1 (for eksempel, for wavelet transform er kun reversibel 5/3 og irreversibel 9/7 understøttet).
