TLS-håndtryksunderstøttelse for NFS og andre i kernen TLS-brugere

I kernen TLS-forbrugere skal bruge en mekanisme til at udføre TLS-håndtryk på en forbundet sokkel for at forhandle TLS-sessionsparametre, der så kan programmeres ind i kernens TLS-postprotokolmotor.
