Omdan engelske fraser til C- eller C++-deklarationer

Cecl er et program, som omdanner engelsk-lignende fraser såsom »declare foo as array 5 of pointer to function returning int« til C-deklarationer såsom »int (*foo[5])()«. Det kan også oversætte C til pseudo-engelsk. Og det håndterer også typecast. Plus C++. Og i denne version har det redigering via kommandolinjen og historik med GNU Readline-biblioteket.
