Wpa-supplicant er en brugerrumsdæmon, der håndterer forbindelse og godkendelse i trådløse og kablede netværk, primært sikret med WPA/WPA2/WPA3-protokollerne. Dette program tilbyder forhandling af nøgle med adgangspunktet (WPA Authenticator), og kontrollerer tilknytningen til IEEE 802.11i-netværk.
