Asynchronous interface for Acaia Bluetooth scales

This library communicates with Acaia coffee scales over Bluetooth and provides access to common device operations and measurement data.

It can discover nearby Acaia devices, connect to a selected scale, and send commands such as tare, timer start or stop, and timer reset. It also handles incoming notifications from the scale and decodes them into structured data.

Reported information includes weight readings and device settings such as battery level and measurement units. The package is intended for software that needs to monitor or control supported Acaia scales from an asynchronous event loop.
