suporte à infraestrutura SGML e arquivo de catálogo SGML

Este pacote cria os diretórios de infraestrutura SGML e fornece suporte a arquivos de catálogo SGML compatível com o rascunho da atual Política SGML Debian:

  * diretórios de infraestrutura:
     - /etc/sgml
     - /usr/share/sgml/{declaration,dtd,entities,misc,stylesheet}
     - /usr/share/local/sgml/{declaration,dtd,entities,misc,stylesheet}

  * update-catalog(8): ferramenta para manter o arquivo de catálogo root
    SGML e o arquivo de catálogo do pacote SGML no diretório '/etc/sgml'.
