Questo pacchetto contiene collegamenti Python 3 per l'accesso nativo alle funzionalità systemd.

Le funzionalità sono suddivise in diversi moduli:

 * systemd.journal gestisce l'invio di messaggi strutturati al journaling e
   la lettura di file di journaling;
 * systemd.daemon fa da wrapper per parti di libsystemd utili per scrivere
   attivazione di socket e demoni;
 * systemd.id128 fornisce funzioni per interrogare la macchina e avviare
   identificatori e un elenco di identificatori di messaggi forniti da
   systemd;
 * systemd.login fa da wrapper per parti di libsystemd usate per
   interrogazioni su quali utenti hanno fatto il login e sulle postazioni
   e macchine disponibili.
