HEIF 和 AVIF 文件格式的解码器与编码器 - 共享库

libheif 是一个符合 ISO/IEC 23008-12:2017 标准的 HEIF 和 AVIF（AV1 图像文件格式）文件格式的解码器与编码器。它部分支持 ISO/IEC 23008-12:2022（第二版）功能。

HEIF 和 AVIF 是新型图像文件格式，分别使用 HEVC（H.265）或 AV1 图像编码，以实现目前可能的最佳压缩比。

libheif 通过插件支持多种编解码器用于图像的解码与编码。

本包包含共享库文件。
