Backup BDMV from the command line

bluraybackup makes a decrypted copy of the whole Blu-ray Disc Movie or it extracts a decrypted version of a specific BDMV stream.

Inspired by dvdbackup, developed in ANSI C (C89) following the suckless philosophy.
