This library uses eventfd/VPOLL if provided by the kernel or the vpoll device otherwise it implements an emulator (providing only `EPOLLIN`, `EPOLLOUT` and a non standard version of EPOLLHUP/EPOLLRDHUP).

This package contains the development files used for C programs.
