implementation of the Multiaddr network address format in Go

Multiaddr is a standard for representing network addresses that are self-describing, composable, and future-proof. It allows applications to treat addresses as opaque tokens and avoid making assumptions about the underlying address representation or length.

This library provides a way to:

 * Support any standard network protocols (IP, TCP, UDP, etc.).
 * Use a binary packed format for efficient machine readability.
 * Use a human-friendly string representation (e.g., /ip4/127.0.0.1/tcp/80).
 * Encapsulate protocols within one another for complex tunneling.
