implementation of the Multiaddr network address format in Go

Multiaddr is a standard for representing network addresses that are self-describing, composable, and future-proof. It allows applications to treat addresses as opaque tokens and avoid making assumptions about the underlying address representation or length.

This package provides a command-line interface (CLI) tool for:

 * Parsing and validating Multiaddr strings.
 * Converting between human-readable and binary-packed formats.
 * Resolving specialized Multiaddrs like /dns4 or /dnsaddr.
 * Inspecting protocol components within a given address.
