Old common files used by kicad - Transitional Package

All the typical used an needed libraries like the schematic symbols, footprints and templates are now provided by the metapackage 'kicad-libraries' which will be pulled from this transitional package.

3D models are moved over to package kicad-packages3d which is currently only suggested due the installation size.

This is a transitional package. It can be safely removed.
