리눅스 스탠다드 베이스(http://www.linuxbase.org/)는 리눅스용으로 제작된 써드파티 프로그램이 의존하는 표준 핵심 시스템입니다.

lsb_release 명령은 리눅스 표준 베이스를 사용하고 준수하는 리눅스 배포판을 식별하는데 도움을 주는 간단한 도구입니다.

이 패키지는 LSB 패키지에 의존하는 대신 /etc/os-release 정보를 사용하는 bare-bones 구현을 포함합니다.
