client/server HTTP per asyncio

Client HTTP per asyncio (PEP 3156 - Asynchronous I/O Support).

Caratteristiche:

 * gestisce sia il lato client sia il lato server del protocollo HTTP;
 * gestisce in modo predefinito sia il lato client sia il lato server di
   Web-Sockets;
 * il server web ha middleware e plugin per instradamento.
