Test::Effects permette di testare tutti gli effetti di un qualche codice contemporaneamente: valore restituito, I/O, avvertimenti, eccezioni, ecc.

Test::Effects fornisce un'unica sottoroutine esportata: effects_ok.

Questa sottoroutine si aspetta, come suo primo argomento, un blocco di codice (o riferimento a sottoroutine) seguito da un riferimento hash opzionale come secondo argomento, e una stringa opzionale come terzo.
