aggiunge citazioni/.signature a email, post e messaggi FidoNet

htag è uno strumento per aggiungere "tagline" (o .signature per coloro che non hanno un background Fidonet), ma è ormai talmente sovraprogettato che fa anche qualsiasi altra cosa si voglia[0], molte cose che io voglio e cose che esso stesso vuole.

[0] O almeno lo farà se si scrive il plugin appropriato.
