Gup (Group Update Program - programma di aggiornamento dei gruppi) è un server di posta UNIX che permette a un sito remoto di cambiare le proprie sottoscrizioni ai newsgroup senza richiedere l'intervento dell'amministratore delle news sul sito che le fornisce.

Gup è adatto agli amministratori delle news che credono di passare troppo tempo a modificare i file newsfeed di INN per conto dei siti remoti.
