python-gear è una libreria asincrona in Python puro per interfacciarsi con Gearman.
Fornisce interfacce per creare un client o un worker, e accedere al protocollo amministrativo. L'approccio progettuale è di mantenerlo semplice, con un'astrazione relativamente sottile del protocollo Gearman stesso. Dovrebbe essere facile da usare per creare un client o un worker che operino o in modo sincrono o in modo asincrono.
Il modulo fornisce anche un semplice server Gearman da usare come ausilio nei test di unità. Il server non è progettato per un uso in produzione sotto carico.
L'installazione del pacchetto suggerito python-statsd aggiungerebbe la possibilità di fare rapporti a statsd, un frontend per Graphite il quale è un server per la raccolta di statistiche e la realizzazione di grafici.
Questo pacchetto contiene il modulo per Python 3.x.
