benchmark dbench (disco) e tbench (TCP)

dbench e tbench simulano il carico del benchmark netbench che è lo "standard del settore" usato per valutare file server (Windows). Diversamente da netbench, non richiedono un laboratorio di PC Microsoft Windows: dbench produce il carico sul filesystem di un'esecuzione di netbench e tbench produce il carico sulla rete, permettendo un più semplice isolamento dei colli di bottiglia.

Notare che questo benchmark *non* riflette realisticamente il normale carico di un server.
