convertitore da testo a HTML implementato in Perl

Converte file di testo in formato HTML 4.01/CSS2. È scritto nel formato libro bianco naturale mediante l'uso di intestazioni standard e paragrafi rientrati nella posizione standard di tabulazione alla ottava colonna. Il testo può *contenere* `token' di =markup= _ASCII_. È possibile anche includere parti HTML tramite le direttive INCLUDE. Questa utilità ha preceduto la simile asciidoc basata su Python.
