collegamento a systemd per Python

Questa libreria permette di comunicare con systemd via D-Bus da Python, senza pensare effettivamente di stare comunicando con systemd via D-Bus. Ciò permette di avviare/fermare/riavviare/terminare e verificare in modo programmatico lo stato dei servizi dal punto di vista di systemd, evitando di eseguire "subprocess.Popen(['systemctl', ..." e poi analizzare l'output per sapere il risultato.
