console tool to analyze DNS traffic

dnstop is a console tool to analyze and display various tables of DNS traffic. Currently dnstop displays tables of (among others):

 * Source IP addresses
 * Destination IP addresses
 * Query types
 * Top level domains
 * Second level domains
