memory and related abstraction stuff

Chunk of memory, polymorphic byte array management and manipulation.

 - A polymorphic byte array abstraction and function similar to strict
   ByteString.
 - Different type of byte array abstraction.
 - Raw memory IO operations (memory set, memory copy, ..)
 - Aliasing with endianness support.
