command-line tools for ThorVG vector graphics conversions

This package provides command-line utilities built on top of the ThorVG rendering engine:

 * tvg-svg2png: converts SVG files to PNG images
 * tvg-lottie2gif: converts Lottie animation files to GIF images

These tools are useful for batch conversion of vector graphics and animations to raster formats.
