This is the CPAN Perl module LWP::Authen::Negotiate.

LWP::Authen::Negotiate is a transparent authentication plugin for LWP. The LWP::UserAgent will do authentication transparently based on your GSSAPI installation (MIT Kerberos or Heimdal).
