cli that manages encrypted volumes

zulucrypt is a suite of applications for creating and managing volumes encrypted with luks, plain, truecrypt and veracrypt.

zulusafe-cli is a tool responsible for the safe storage files in a wallet. Added files to the wallet will be stored in a secured file located at "~/.config/lxqt/wallets/zuluSafe/YYY.lwt" where YYY is the wallet name.
