Doxygen es un sistema de documentación para C, C++, Java, Objective-C, Python, IDL, y en cierta medida PHP, C# y D. Puede generar un navegador de clases en línea (en HTML) y/o un manual de referencia sin conexión (en LaTeX) a partir de un grupo de archivos de código fuente documentados. También hay soporte para generar páginas de manual y convertir la salida en Postscript, PDF con hipervínculos o HTML comprimido. La documentación se extrae directamente del código fuente.

Instale el paquete doxygen-latex para crear documentos basados en LaTeX.
