Tomogui offers a Graphical User Interface to run tomographic reconstruction based on freeart and silx algorithms

Tomogui contains two main applications:

- tomogui project : to create a new project from scratch - tomogui recons : to run reconstruction from a configuration file created by 'tomogui project'
