ParaFly tilbyder en simpel mekanisme til at afvikle en prædefineret liste med Unix-kommandoer parallelt via flere tråde. Mislykkedes processer opfanges og rapporteres. Processer afviklet med succes noteres op. Hvis processen genafvikles, vil kun de tidligere ufuldstændige eller mislykkedes processer blive afviklet.
