Netværksbrugerflader til postserverprotokoller

Mailfront er et sæt af netværksbrugerflader for postservere. Programmet indeholder fuldstændige SMTP-, QMQP-, QMTP- og POP3-brugerflader samt et godkendelsesmodul for IMAP. Postleveringsbrugerfladerne indeholder også interne adressefiltreringsfunktioner.

To SMTP-motorer tilbydes. En leverer post til qmail-queue, der efterligner meget af opførelsen fra qmail-smtpd, med tilføjelse af understøttelse for SMTP AUTH. Den anden afviser alle SMTP-kommandoer hvis $SMTPREJECT er angivet og kører ellers dets kommandolinje (for at afvikle ovenstående program).
