Simpel GTK+-seriel portterminal

Gtkterm er en simpel GTK+-terminal brugt til at kommunikere med serielporten.

Den har følgende funktioner:

 * Terminalvindue for serielport
 * Opsætning af serielport (hastighed, paritet, bit, stopbit, strømkontrol)
 * Bruger termios API'en
 * Kan sende en fil (kun RAW-data, ingen protokol)
 * Slut på linje-forsinkelse når der sendes en fil
 * Speciel tegnvent før næste linje når der sendes en fil
 * Mulighed for at skifte kontrollinjer manuelt (DTR, CTS)
 * Læser også tilstanden for kontrollinjer (RTS, CD, DSR, RI)
