Dette er en GNU R-pakke til publikationen Analytical Chemistry med titlen »Estimering af tilliden til peptididentifikationer uden lokkedatabaser« (Estimating the Confidence of Peptide Identifications without Decoy Databases). Funktionen curveFDR(score) passer til en gaussisk blandingsmodel til en bedømmelsesfordeling af peptididentifikationer og tillader dermed estimering af konfidensniveauer baseret på den falske discvory-del.
