Fondu er et programsæt til at konvertere mellem Mac-skriftformater og PFB-, TTF-, OTF- og BDF-filer på UNIX.
Fondu vil læse en serie af mac-filer, kontrollere deres ressourceforgreninger og udtrække alle skriftrelaterede poster i separate filer.
Inddatafilerne kan enten være macbinary-filer (.bin), binhex-filer (.hqx), nøgne mac-ressourceforgreninger eller data fork-ressourcefiler (.dfont, brugt af Mac OS/X). En nøgen ressourceforgrening kan nemt oprettes ved at kopiere en fil med en ressourceforgrening til en floppy (eller zip) med et DOS-format. Mac'en vil oprette en (usynlig på mac'en) mappe kaldt ressource.frk hvori ressourceforgreningen vil være som en nøgen fil.
