templates for Emacs message-mode

This Emacs addon provides templating for Emacs message-mode. It can match message headers by regular expression, and then apply transformations to the message, such as changing the From: address or signature, and inserting boilerplate text. It is also possible to run arbitrary Emacs Lisp to set up the message.
