Text-wrapping(或 line-folding)函式庫是用來在終端機顯示字串。 這個版本支援國際化，也就是能自動偵測編碼語系、多位元組編碼 (例如 UTF-8、EUC-JP，還有其它的)、 全型字元(每個字元佔用兩個 column，例如中日韓表意文字)、 複合字元(每一字元只佔零個 column，例如泰文和表音符號)、 還有單字間不使用空白分隔的語言(例如中文和日文)。
