'mime.types' 與 'mailcap' 等 MIME 檔案，以及支援程式

由於這些檔案，所有與 MIME 相容的程式都可以使用， 所以它們被移到自己的套件， 讓其它套件可以依賴使用。

其它套件可以用這裡提供的 "update-mime" 程式，登記它們自己為 viewers/editors/composers/etc。

此外，"see"、"edit"、"compose"、"print" 等指令可以根據 mime.types 及 mailcap 檔案的條目來決定使用的程式，分別可以顯示、 改變、 建立、及列印任何檔案。
