logrotate 是为了给将生成许多日志文件的系统简化日志文件的管理。logrotate 支持自动 rotation 压缩，删除和发送日志相关邮件。logrotate 可以按每天，每 周，每月或者当日志文件的大小达到某个数值之后再运行。一般地，logrotate 是 作为每天运行的 cron 任务。
