Implementation of cipher block chaining (CBC) mode
In combination with a block cipher such as Crypt::Rijndael or
Crypt::Blowfish, you can encrypt and decrypt messages of
arbitrarily long length. The encrypted messages are compatible
with the encryption format used by SSLeay.
