Lightweight image viewer

Pretty Quick Image Viewer (pqiv) is a small and pretty fast image viewer. Features include: fullscreen, slideshow, rotate, flip, zoom, transparancy, fade between images, ... and (mostly) all the features from the original Quick Image Viewer (qiv).
