Adds Bluetooth support to the IrMC plugin

This will make it possible to syncronise over Bluetooth.

You will need either a kernel > 2.4.20 or kernel patch from http://www.holtmann.org/linux/kernel/ to get this to work and RFCOMM enabled in your kernel.
