X Keyboard Extension (XKB) configuration data and metapackage

This package contains configuration data used by the X Keyboard Extension (XKB). Other architecture-independent data used by X libraries can be found in the xlibs-data package.

This package also smooths upgrades from Debian 3.0 by depending on the individual library packages into which each shared object formerly contained in this package has been split.

This package is only depended upon by tools that directly access XKB data files (such as the xkbcomp program from the xbase-clients package), or haven't yet been compiled against the new shared library packages.
